As discussed in our call today and via the design plan document, I’ve included some key details below.

We want to build your dream project! To do this we first must enter to our extensive survey and design plan.

We only work on projects with clients. You become a client once we start the design process!

To recap;

Survey

Our first class professional survey delivered by Tim Cutting allows the team to create the perfect project.

Tim uses his decades of experience to get the swimming pond in the most practical and cost effective area for you to enjoy.

This meet up also allows Tim to understand exactly what you want from your project.

Project feasibility

Once Tim has done his survey, we will then cost the project with the company general manager Lindsay. Lindsay will create the concept model and work with Tim to cost the project.

Once that is done Tim will give you a call to discuss the cost and book in a concept meeting. About 80% of our projects go ahead at this stage. This is so clients can secure the earliest available build slot (or start the process of putting the project through planning) which Tim will discuss at this stage.

Some clients wait until the design reveal so they can see all the information and the amazing renders.

Concept Meeting

At this stage you will work with the company’s design team to look at the entail concept, possibly make changes and be very much involved in the design and build of your project!

This starts to bring your project to life!

Design reveal

You have your costings, you know the shape and some idea of how it looks. So now you get the WOW moment seeing it all rendered in 3D being almost identical what the actual project will look like! Something that we are very proud off!

We then go through a presentation so you can understand all the materials and schedule of work for the project.
