About our Essential Design Service Package

As discussed in our call today and via the design plan document, I’ve included some key details below.

We want to build your dream project!

To do this, we first must enter our extensive survey and design plan.

We only work on projects with clients. You become a client once we start the design process!

Survey

Our first-class professional survey delivered by Tim Cutting allows the team to create the perfect project.

Tim uses his decades of experience to get the pond in the most practical and cost-effective area for you to enjoy.

This meets up also allows Tim to understand exactly what you want from your project.

Project feasibility

Once Tim has done his survey, we will then cost the project with the company’s general manager, Lindsay. Lindsay will create the concept model and work with Tim to cost the project.

Once that is done, Tim will give you a call to discuss the cost and book a concept meeting. Approximately 80% of our projects proceed at this stage. This allows clients to secure the earliest available build slot (or initiate the project planning process), which Tim will discuss at this stage.

Concept Meeting

At this stage, you will work with the company’s design team to look at the entire concept, possibly make changes and be very much involved in the design and build of your project!

This starts to bring your project to life!

Once this is complete, we will provide you with your design reveal presentation doc, enclosing an accurate cost of your project and a 2D Model.

Once the design plan is confirmed and paid we will arrange a survey date for Tim to meet you.
